I was very pleased to receive my new hot tub cover. It fit the tub Perfectly due to the easy-to-follow measuring instructions. I will Recommend you to anyone I know that needs a new cover. Thanks—and you saved me more than a $100 by using you and not my “hot tub” provider.

First off having the measurements I gave verified prior to order completion was more than impressive. Delivery and quality of product was as expected and no issues. When I first contacted Cover Duck I didn’t know my hot tubs dimensions, only its make and model. They said they would research it online and if he couldn’t find them he would come out and make a template. I always assumed that if anyone made the template it would be me but he was more than willing to do it. He found the dimensions and followed up with several phone calls to make sure of the details and it was delivered as promised. It looks great and should be good for many years to come. Thanks
