Shape

Spa Covers come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Please review the image below and specify the shape of your spa cover; you will specify the dimensions in the next step. If you can not see the shape of your spa cover because of cut outs or an irregular spa shape we can still get you a cover, you will just need to contact us either by phone or email, and we will make sure the ordering process is a cinch.

Dimensions

Please enter dimensions as indicated in the image above. If your cover is not square you will need to specify the hinge length. If your cover has rounded corners please also measure the radius. You can measure your old cover if it still fits your spa perfectly. If not, please measure your spa. For measuring help click "How to Measure Your Spa Cover"

Skirt Length

The skirt is the vinyl strip that hangs down below the cover insulation. Its purpose is to save energy and protect the exposed spa acrylic. Please measure the skirt from the bottom of the cover down as shown. For Help measuring the skirt click "How to Measure Your Spa Cover"

Fastener Length

7" straps will be used if no length is entered. The safety strap is measured from the bottom of the cover down including the skirt length and hangs down at least 1.5" below the skirt. It comes with both clip parts and wood screws. Please enter the safety strap length without the clip. Due to ASTM Safety Regulations WE MUST ship your cover with 4 straps. Straps are positioned in standard positions for your spa's shape. Please note: due to common production variations, it is not possible to guarantee exact matching safety strap placement.
